Storm Force

Storm Force is Liam's robot, it has been around since 2001. It was built by David Bewely from Leeds for Robot Wars Series 5 where it fought only once and was beaten by Chaos 2 in the first round. It was sold to John Findlay of Roaming Robots in 2007 but due to him having a busy shedule at his shows, had to rely on different roboteers taking turns in driving it at his events (including WJ Dijkstra who 2 of its fights at Maidstone 2007 lol!). At the end of 2008, Storm Force was sold again and was given to Liam as a christmas present (I know, lucky!) and since then he has been the owner of it. Storm Force's weapons are a flipper at the front and an axe at the back and it can also self-right easilly due to the low-centre of gravity and shape of the robot. No plans have been made to upgrade Storm Force in the future, but the name and appearance won't change (apart from having a new paintjob soon) as it's been on TV.

Mortis

Mortis is a real veteran of Robot Wars who was given to Shane Swan disassembled as a gift from Arthur Chillcott. It has been around since Series 1 and was famous for its vicious axe that managed to take out Matilda's teeth on her chainsaw, and also won the Series 4 War of Independance special, Mortis is also armoured out in kevlar. Mortis has now retired and we now use it for PR Purposes and are currently in the process of getting it working again for demonstration purposes, its first ever event going on static display was at Liam Bryants 18th. Don't also forget, we are in the process of building another clone of Mortis called Rigamortis which should be ready sometime by 2010.
